28/11 - What a week, I didn’t update this everyday so you only get this single update. As we can all see, the exercise thing isn’t going well, I need to find a way to make this work with all my injuries. I mean, the table paints a grimmer picture than the reality, I did complete the move and exercise goals in some of the days, but the standing ring fell short. I’m still going to try to do better.

In other news, the book and fruit things are going well, and nearing the 30 day mark, which means I’m probably going to add new habits to the rotation.

31/10 - I failed, Halloween got the best of me. But this will serve to show that I won’t let that stop me from trying. I’m going to include the longest streak in the table. Also, non-intentionally, tomorrow is the 1st of the month, what a good temporal landmark to start over. Also, I read a book for more than 1 hour (!!), which is awesome.

01/11 - Told ya, back at it again.

05/11 - End of week two. Book and fruit are going strong. Almost finished Jack Kerouac’s “Lonesome Traveller”. As for the workout, since I’m back home from vacation today it’ll be easier to keep better track of it. I decided to use Apple’s rings to track the success and failure of this goal. It’s one ring for 30 min of exercise, one for 330kcal burned and a final one for standing for one minute in 12 different hours during the day. I forshadow that this will make me fail more, but it’ll make for a better experience.

23/10 - Traditionally the first day is much easier. Looking forward to Thursday because I’m starting my vacation. I’ll make an effort for it to not ruin my journey.

24/10 - Still going strong… on day two. Two steps done, 28 more to go.

25/10 - Today wasn’t easy, but I pulled through. I’m thinking of changing the exercise goal to use Apple’s rings. Let’s see.

26/10 - I travelled today, and still managed to do it. Full disclaimer, the exercise today was mostly walking (some leg exercises also), and the reading was the today’s New York Times

27/10 - New York Times has become my daily reader for now. Have been much more active now.

28/10 - For the sake of my actual goals, I’m going to try to focus on reading books when I can.

29/10 - Week one is officially over! I have mixed feelings since I didn’t read an actual book for some of the days and because my working out has consisted for walkting a lot. Still, I’m much more active, so it’s a win. On to week 2.
