Within each difficulty category, I classified each habit as High (H), Medium (M) or Low (L), based on its estimated impact/importance.
High difficulty
- (H) Workout everyday
- (H) Drink 2L water per day
- (H) No media (no Social Media, Youtube, Twitch, Streaming)
- (H) Sleep 8h per night
- (H) Calory counting
- (L) Cold showers
Medium difficulty
- (H) Read
- (H) Mobility training
- (M) Plan next day (and follow the plan)
- (M) Medidate
- (M) Programming challenge (e.g. Leetcode)
- (L) Journaling
Low difficulty
- (H) Two fruits per day
- (H) One vergetable per day
- (M) Duolingo
- (M) Skincare
- (M) Expense tracking
