Catchy title for a silly situation. Today, as I was leaving work to go have lunch with a friend, I came up with an idea.

An idea I thought was so good that I thought I ought to write a book about it. An idea so good, that the book would be a bestseller and would make me rich. Ok, this last part was already day-dreaming, but all the steps to the idea were already in motion in my head.

After thinking about it for a while, I decided to do the same thing, search for the idea online, the place where all great ideas go to die. Sure enough, the idea was not new, and the results weren’t near slim.

Still not satisfied I thought, “Ok, but maybe no one has written a book about it”, but alas my hopes were squashed by some unknown internet users.

All that’s left is to write a blog post about the subject. What will it add to the body of knowledge? Not much, just a rehash of the same idea. But I’ll tell you what, I didn’t open any of the results I got, so you can be sure that my perspective will be the most unbiased.
